R.B.G. Round Body Grip Traps The newest and latest innovation in body grip traps. Round jaws instead of the traditional square jaw trap. They have the ability to get into places that the square jaw style just won't cut it! Each trap is hand built, and custom sizes are available on request in quantities. I was asked at a convention not long ago about the need for a round trap, my answer to that was, "I've been on this earth for 54 years and I have yet to see my first square hole"! . Ohio trappers! We have the opportunity to trap otters in Ohio. The RBG trap is an excellent tool for this purpose. The round design of the jaw allows for full force of the springs! No corners to stop the spring from exerting it's strength making for quicker and cleaner dispatch of the animal. I have been experimenting with these traps for two seasons and find them to work perfectly and humanely. I've come up with a stabilizer that works great for these traps and allows you to run the triggers on the bottom reducing the chance for damage on the back of the animal, this alone can help increase the value of the pelt.
